Payment must be received before processing all orders. Carefully review your order before submission, as cancellations may not be possible.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges unless explicitly stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our factories are located in Guangzhou, China and Bac Ninh, Vietnam. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays due to carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are transferred to the carrier.

6. Payment Processing

All payments made using PayPal Express are processed within 24 hours, all other payment methods are processed within 3 working days.

Once payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 working days thereafter and arrive based on the delivery times outlined for the destination country.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and media on our website are owned by YBO HAIR, Shopify, or their licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We do not control or endorse these tools and are not responsible for any damages or losses from their use.

9. Shopify Relationship

YBO HAIR is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with YBO HAIR. Shopify is not responsible for transactions, products, or services from our store.

All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with Shopify and third parties to provide Services.

11. Feedback

By submitting feedback, you grant YBO HAIR a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. You represent that you have rights to the feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.
